With a team of 110 staff members, the establishment operates from 11 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, serving an impressive 900 covers per day without reservations. Guests enjoy table and bar service, including access to a sophisticated 40-seat cocktail lounge and event space.

Oversaw a 30,000 square foot 3 level venue with; Retail Market, Cafe, Full Service Restaurant, Cocktail Lounge, and private events and entertainment.
Tasked with opening the venue in one week after hiring.
Trained 70 FOH staff on table and beverage service.
Mentored 4 managers.
